Day 1 - Classroom: We’ll cover pilot tools you can apply in your life and business, put them to practice with some group activities, and discuss what you need to know for the sim portion.
Day 2 - Sim: 4-hour session. You’ll become a flight crew with the classmate of your choice and we’ll bring to life what we covered in class. This sim session will cover an introduction to the 777, hand-flying different maneuvers, and applying the frameworks listed in the “Transformation” section above like CRM to normal procedures.
Day 3 - Sim: 4-hour session. We’ll turn up the heat by going through several types of emergencies, pausing the sim to discuss how to handle them while applying all the strategies we covered in class. I provide the tools and you save the day. This is when it all comes together - with a surprise at the end!
